Cheers to the weekend!!!
We are loving the Georgia spring this year! What’s nice about our move to Atlanta is we get to experience all four seasons. The fall is beautiful, the winter is just long enough, and the spring has been wonderful. Everything is starting to bloom and it’s beautiful!
It’s actually gotten hot enough down here to get into the pool and lake! Blakely and I went on the boat on Saturday with Casey’s family and we pulled up on an island and put our legs in the water! Casey’s brother even got in to wake skate off the boat last night.
This past Sunday Casey and I took Blakely to her first Braves game (see pics below!). It was so fun and cute at first… but it was an 11:30 a.m. game and I usually put her down for her nap around 12:30. As you can guess, she got super tired and fussy. We made it to the 7th inning, and then had to cut out. It was a good game for the parts I saw!
This week was pretty lowkey until our AC went out (ugh) Wednesday night. I went to check our thermostat at 3:30 a.m.and it was almost 80 degrees in our apartment! They’re fixing it over this coming weekend so I’m hoping to have it cooled when we return!
Casey and I are getting excited for my family’s annual memorial day trip next week. This will be his third that he’s attended! We usually go to Isle of Palms, but this year we’re headed to Edisto beach. I am so looking forward to the beach and some relaxation!! Check out my most recent blog post for my beach read recommendations.
I hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy this week’s Friday Favorites!!

1) CURRENTLY…
Watching: Yellowstone… Casey and I just finished all 4 seasons! One of the better shows I have watched. I can’t wait for season 5!
Listening to: Christine Quinn: Confessions of a Reality TV Villain by Call Her Daddy podcast. The show cast her as the villain and totally had me believing that story-line was reality…. but this podcast exposed how staged and warped everything is!
Following: kaylabarnes on Instagram. She shares such powerful, relatable, and sharable words that make you think! I love following accounts that are positive and motivational, and hers is exactly that.
Wanting to Read: A Return to Love. This book was highly recommended by Melissa Wood who I adore. She said it’s the book that helped her learn to truly love herself…. that intrigued me and I’m always open to working on myself and how I can be better.
Loving: Serenity Kids products for Blakely. This brand is my #1 favorite for baby and toddler food and snacks. I love that they use all organic, nutrient-dense, pure ingredients & it STILL tastes good to Blakely. Her current favorites are the puffs… girl cannot get enough of these!! You can use my code “COURTFIT” for 15% off first time orders!
Wearing: Abercrombie’s seamless bodysuits. I have 3 different styles of this material bodysuits and need more!!! Paired with a pair of jeans or jean shorts and some fun accesories and you have yourself a cute & easy fit! It’s all I’ve been wearing!
Loving: this cute handmade tote sling bag. This would be perfect for the beach, and they have so many pattern options!
Listening to: HARRY STYLES’S NEW ALBUM! Y’all, it’s so good. My favorites so far are Late Night Talking and Matilda…. amazing. Go do yourself a favor and listen!
Ordering: more of my Tula sunscreen. I used this all throughout last summer and it is the best for a dewy glow no make-up look.

3) WEEKLY WORKOUT
I don’t think I’ve ever posted my workout split on the Friday Favorites, so I wanted to share that today! I follow the Madeline Moves app for my gym workouts, and I’ll use the Melissa Wood Health app for my active rest days.
The Madeline Moves app provides a few different plans based on your goals and fitness level, and currently I follow the weekly moves plan. Each Sunday, new workouts are uploaded to the app for the week, but the workout split is always the same! I love that the workouts change each week so I don’t ever feel bored or burnt out.
The Melissa Wood Health app is more low impact, Pilates and yoga focused. I like to use her app on Wednesdays and Saturdays/Sundays to still incorporate movement, but not work with heavy weights to give my body the rest it needs. I love that her workouts and the app includes mindfulness and meditation because that is a HUGE part of health for me!
CURRENT WORKOUT SPLIT:
Monday: lower body
Tuesday: upper body
Wednesday: active rest (yoga/pilates/walk)
Thursday: chest + back
Friday: full body OR glutes
Saturday: workout class (lately boxing) or long walk
Sunday: rest/stretch/foam roll
4) THIS WEEKS MEAL PLAN
Monday: dinner party at friends home

Tuesday: pork egg roll in a bowl

Wednesday: shrimp, asparagus and spinach risotto

Thursday: sushi + pizza at Casey’s parents!
*not pictured, but the sushi was from the restaurant called Rice, and the pizza was from Marcos!*
5) TRAVEL ESSENTIALS
HANGING TOILETRY BAG… having a bag that organizes all your toiletries is a must for travel.

PASSPORT & VACCINE CARD HOLDER… spacious enough to hold passport, vaccine card, credit cards, etc… all in one place! Claps for the quick access.

CARRY ON LUGGAGE… I’ve been eyeing this one for my upcoming flight in June.
HYDROFLASK… a reusable water bottle is a must for travel… I’ve used my hydroflask for years.
